Refund policy

 

You may return products purchased from CherryTree Inc. in accordance with CherryTree’s Return Policy.

Items, excluding software, custom water loop builds, custom builds and one offs, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days if unopened. Windows activation keys are non-returnable & non-refundable. Damage caused by the user (including, but not limited to: overclocking, mining using CPU, etc.) voids the warranty and the item non-returnable and non-refundable.

CUSTOM WATER LOOP BUILDS, ONE-OFFS AND CUSTOM ORDERED CASES AND MACHINES ARE NOT RETURNABLE!

Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. An RMA number must be obtained before the item is returned. Returned items without an RMA number will be refused. RMA numbers can be requested using the Contact form. 

Build to order gaming PCs and workstations are not returnable. Custom artwork, engraving, and custom cases are not returnable.
