Shipping and Transit Times via USPS

Unfortunately, we have to address something that we honestly thought we wouldn’t even have to mention.

Recently we got a couple of “complaints” how long shipping takes. No, I am not talking about how long it takes us to ship things. I am talking about people complaining how long items shipped with USPS are in transit. Some people even got mad that we cannot call USPS and make their package move faster. One person even started comparing transit times to Amazon.

We are a small business and unfortunately do not have our own delivery service or our own service hubs. We also don’t have a magical phone number we can call and all of the sudden the package shows up. This is unfortunately not how this works.

The moment the package is with USPS, it is literally out of our hands.

Free shipping and standard shipping services are ALWAYS via USPS Ground unless otherwise noted. If you need your items faster, please contact us and we will always try our best to accommodate you! Sending nasty emails doesn’t help anyone and will not make your items magically appear the next day.
