Return Policy

You may return products purchased from CherryTree Inc. in accordance with CherryTree’s Return Policy. Any item, excluding software, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days if unopened. Windows activation keys are non-returnable & non-refundable. Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. An RMA number has to be obtained before the item is returned. Returned items without an RMA number will be refused. RMA numbers can be requested using the form below. Build to order Gaming PCs, Workstations, and Special Edition items not returnable. Custom Artwork, Engraving, Custom Cases are not returnable. Please contact us at with any questions.
